The Dolly was a happy accident, and we've never looked back.

Technically a single-origin coffee. Technically a blend. Here's what happened: when we profiled our Ethiopia Natural Iwariti on the lighter side, it came out bright and sweet — soft apricot, lilac, honey. When we pushed it heavier, it turned thick and punchy — dark fruit, baking spice, depth. So we combined both roast profiles into one bag. The Dolly Blend was born.

It's been a favorite behind our café bars for years — consistent enough to pull shot after shot, complex enough to keep you interested. It works just as well at home in your French press or pour over.
