ABOUT OUR DECAF MEDIUM ROAST COFFEE BEANS
Idlewild is our take on decaf medium roast coffee beans that refuses to fade into the background. It’s for slower moments, late nights, and cups that don’t need the buzz to be worth your time. Thoughtfully sourced, carefully roasted, and full of character. This is decaf with intention, not compromise. Our Decaf Coffee Beans use a Swiss Water Process Decaf, so they're 100% Chemical-Free.
TASTING PALLETTE
Vanilla Custard, Citrus Marmalade, Caramel.
Note: This is not a flavored decaf coffee. The description is a representation of the tasting notes that can be picked up in the coffee.
DECAF COFFEE BEAN ORIGIN
Tolima, Colombia, once known more for conflict than coffee, is rewriting its story. This washed process bean comes from ASOPEP, a standout producer group now known for consistently delivering clean, complex, and world-class coffees.
IMPACT
Our beans are ethically sourced, organic when possible, and roasted on the Bellwether Roaster--the most sustainable roaster on the planet.
