💬 Description

Coffee Story:

Blind Pig originated as our house espresso blend and quickly turned into one of our favorite coffees as a drip as well. This blend is smooth, balanced, and sweet and results in a solid crema when pulled as shots for espresso.

The name stems from the days when we were "home roasting" and sneaking some of this coffee in through the back door of our espresso bar for customers to sample.

Medium dark roast, with cacao and black cherry, a velvety body and a clean finish. Smooth enough to drink black all morning, which is what most people who buy it end up doing.

Origin: Brazil & Ethiopia
Varietal: Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Bourbon, Heirloom Arabica
Growing Altitude: 900 - 1,800 meters
Process: Natural, sun-dried on raised beds

Small bits of stone or concrete may be found in patio dried coffee. Check carefully to avoid damage to grinders.

🫙 Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep the bag sealed to preserve freshness and aroma.
For best flavor, use within 4–6 weeks of opening.
