This Mountain Water Process Decaf is a single origin coffee from Mexico. 

After washing, this bean goes through a Mountain Water Process to decaffeinate it before we get it to roast to deliciousness. 

Mountain Water Process is a natural, chemical-free decaffeination method that removes caffeine in four simple steps: separate, filter, soak, and dry. Not only does the MWP decaf deliver a flavorful brew that's 99.9% caffeine-free, but it also retains the health-boosting antioxidants that make coffee so good for you!
