This smooth, full-bodied decaf delivers comforting notes of cacao nib, sun-dried dates, and toasted almond. Grown organically by smallholder farmers in Mexico’s southern highlands, the coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process—a gentle, chemical-free method that uses only water, temperature, and time to remove 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the bean’s original character and sweetness. Unlike conventional decaf methods that rely on harsh solvents, Swiss Water maintains the integrity of the coffee from start to finish.

Lab-tested for mold and mycotoxins, this cup is clean, honest, and easy on the body—perfect for late afternoons, cozy evenings, or anyone who wants the flavor of great coffee to sip on all day.
