This coffee is grown in a biological conservation corridor of Valle del Cauca. Farmers in this region place the utmost importance of preservation of natural resources, water management, and friendly environmental practices. This excellent coffee was decaffeinated using sugar cane, a process that leaves a pleasantly sugary flavor.

Decaf often gets a bad reputation for lacking flavor, but this Colombian decaf defies expectations. Pleasantly sweet through a sugar cane decaffeination process, it offers a well-balanced, nutty flavor.
